Our table group (a group of five families from the east side of Algonquin, who attend Willow Creek Community Church, and regularly get together for dinner and conversation, and much more—‘community’, in a nutshell) voted last night, and we agreed to commit to a partnership with Gambella Village, in Kenya.

Great Call!
We had a great call Sunday night, with Jeff Power, from Global Hope Network International. We learned a lot about Gambella, the Borana people, and poverty in general. Thanks Jeff!
I’ll be talking to our group of five families this week, and I think we’re ready to make a decision about partnering with Gambella, and sharing our resources and time with them.
